Spiral Restaurant & Bar
Themed around the famous Raurimu Spiral that winds its way up to the top of the central plateau from nearby Raurimu, the Spiral Restaurant & Bar is full of character and atmosphere and is a popular spot for both locals and hotel guests.
The Spiral Restaurant now features a menu adapted to the season. We pride ourselves on providing the most affordable, tasty quality food to fill those tums after a hard day on the mountain, hiking or mountain biking! Dine ál fresco in our relaxed lounge setting.
The Spiral Restaurant and bar National Park is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week, with breakfast between 6:30 – 9:30am, Packed lunches for on the run, or hiking the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and dinner between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Our bar generally opens from 4:00pm, however beverages are available throughout the day from the cafe.
